Western Nebraska APA Team Championships

This event without question has become one of the most enjoyable and exciting pool league events in Western Nebraska.  Teams from all over Western Nebraska square off to see who will advance to the richest of all amateur pool events, the APA National Team Championships in Las Vegas in August!  Winning teams not only earn a spot in the APA National Team Championships, but they also receive paid entry fee, a generous travel allowance and paid lodging at the Riviera Hotel and Casino, site of the APA National Team Championships!  Runner up teams receive cash prizes for their efforts.

 

Unlike other pool leagues, the Western Nebraska APA Team Championships as well as the APA National Team Championships in Las Vegas utilize the "Equalizer" Handicap and Scoring System in all of it's matches and skill levels are updated and evaluated after every round of play on site using APA's copyrighted software and computer system.   This helps insure that everyone has a fair and equal chance to win and helps prevent manipulation of the handicap system.
