106 players were qualified to compete in the 8-Ball and 9-Ball Singles Regional Championships held on the first weekend of March at TJ's Family Fun Center in McCook.

 

9 trips to the APA Poolplayer Championships in Las Vegas were awarded, plus $100 was paid out to each of the nine 2nd place players in each tier.

 

Players earning a spot in the Vegas Singles event receive $325 travel allowance to purchase airfare/drive, $100 National Qualifier prize money, APA goodie bag and complimentary lodging at Westgate Resort and Casino, site of the APA Championships.

8-Ball - Teena Fedorchik (Kearney), Jason Wiehn (Shelton), Kevin Tidyman (North Platte), Rex Benson (Kearney), and Taylor Walker (Gothenburg).

 

9-Ball - Lindsay Tidyman (North Platte), Brent Keeney (North Platte), Jeremy Loomis (Hayes Center), and Chip Frailey (Sutherland).
